PR FIRM - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

OVERVIEW

The City of Glendale is looking to partner with a public relations firm to provide marketing, public relations, media planning and placement, and an overall communication strategy to promote the City as an artistic and cultural destination for Southern California. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") seeks marketing and communications services for a minimum period of 2 years (24 months), with the City’s having an option to extend the contract for 6-18 months depending on funding and City approval.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Under this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Library, Arts & Culture Department (“Library”) and Arts and Culture Commission (ACC) on behalf of the City of Glendale (“City”)— is seeking proposals from an appropriately qualified, highly motivated and innovative Public Relations Firm (“Consultant”) to strategically perform communication, marketing, branding, and public relations services for arts and cultural events, exhibits and public art in the City of Glendale (“Consultant’s Services”). The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who best aligns with the City’s needs and requirements.

The City must receive the Proposal— consisting of the documents and images described in the Guidelines and Eligibility below— on or before Friday, September 30, 2022 at 5:00 PM.
